Go App User Agreement

1. Introduction
This User Agreement sets out the terms for using the Go app (the “Application”) and its related services (the “Service”). By registering, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to this Agreement in full.
User: Any individual aged 18 or older who registers or uses the Application.
Application/Service: Includes the mobile app, website, and all associated features, content, and functionalities.
Content: Any text, images, videos, or other materials provided by GoApp or other users through the Application.
2. Account Registration
Registration is required to access certain features.
Users must provide accurate and complete information.
GoApp may request verification documents. Failure to provide them may result in account suspension or failure to register.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. Use of the Application
You are required to use the Application only for lawful purposes.
You are not required to post content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates intellectual property or third-party rights.
GoApp reserves the right to remove content or restrict access for violations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials in the Application are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Users may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
By posting content, users (Vendors) grant GoApp a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt it worldwide.
5. Limitations of Liability
The Application and Services are provided “as is.”
GoApp is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or damages resulting from use of the Application.
Liability for any damages is limited to the amount paid by the user, if any.
6. Notifications
GoApp may send informational or promotional messages via email or the Application. Users may opt out where permitted by law.
7. Electronic Signatures
Actions performed in the Application using your login, password, or email constitute your electronic signature.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Uganda.
Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of law.
9. Amendments
GoApp may update this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect upon uploads to the Application.
Continued use of the Application after changes signifies acceptance.

By entering into the Agreement and other related contracts as specified, including the use of the Application, you fully accept the terms of this Policy.
Methods of Processing Personal Information
The processing of Personal Information includes any action (operation) or combination of actions (operations), such as collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction. This processing is conducted for the purposes defined in this Policy, using either automated methods or manual processes.
Terms and definitions used in this Policy are as defined in the Agreement and other agreements made with the User, unless otherwise specified in this Policy or implied by its nature. In other cases, the interpretation of terms used in this Policy will be carried out in accordance with applicable law, business practices, or academic doctrine.
